I say whitelighter because he loved being one, and he didnt feel weird with piper as he had his own powers 2 protect him, so yeah whitelighter  |

The only thing I didn't like about him being a whitelighter is that he was almost an elder and he almost lost his family forever. That's the reason I think he should always be human.
