My Favorite Phoebe Halliwell Episode is when she just gets her power to feel other people emotions, it makes me laugh very hard as she keeps thinking she will hurt people!!

My favorite episode is when she fell in love with Billy from "Kill it Before it Dies" on the episode "Chick Flick". That one also made me jump and screem a lot.
